Strategic Thinking Workshop Series

Strategic thinking enables leaders to anticipate change, identify opportunities, make informed decisions under uncertainty and position their organisations for long-term success. The ability to step back from day-to-day operations, see the broader context and set an appropriate direction is invaluable in a world where getting lost in the detail is often the norm. This programme is designed to strengthen participants’ ability to think strategically within the increasingly fast-paced, complex and ambiguous situations they face on a daily basis.

The first and second workshops of this programme introduce practical tools and frameworks that help executives analyse external trends, assess internal capabilities and make coherent strategic choices. Participants will explore how to move from reactive, short-term thinking to proactive, long-term decision-making, and how to balance competing priorities while maintaining strategic focus. They will then analyse strategic challenges, identify key drivers of competitive advantage and evaluate the feasibility of strategic options.

The third workshop focuses on the participants themselves, ensuring that they are applying strategic thinking and vision to their own lives and careers. This workshop also covers the communication of this vision to others within the organisation, as well as the participants’ ability to ensure that others are aligned with the strategic plan and willing to work towards the same goals.
