Resilient Leadership Workshop Series
What is it about who you are and what you do that makes others want to follow you? As a leader, are you able to make the best choices for yourself and others in the face of a rapidly changing global environment? A resilient leader knows their areas of strength and their areas of development, what takes them from positive pressure to negative stress, and how to rebalance during a crisis.
Powered by Resilient Leaders Elements (RLE) and taught by an RLE Accredited Coach and Trainer, this programme aims to develop the resilient leadership capabilities of a team, thereby improving organisational responsiveness to change. Benefits of the programme include a long track record of positive impact in leadership, a rare focus on both leadership and resilience, data-driven insights that clearly demonstrate progress, and widespread use of the RLE framework across the UK.

Resilient Leaders Elements
Founded in the year 2000, Resilient Leaders Elements (RLE) was a response to organisations having resilient systems in place for infrastructure and processes, but almost no focus on human resilience in the face of change. 25 years of research and work alongside over 11,000 resilient leaders have produced a data-driven RLE framework to reliably assess resilient leadership and provide measurable data and challenges leaders can use to build confidence in their abilities. Since the RLE was founded, uncertainty and crisis in our modern and increasingly interconnected world have become a constant source of pressure, stress and burnout for those tasked with leadership. The RLE framework is now used widely across the military, healthcare, education, banking and various other sectors across the world.
