Communication Styles Workshop Series
Effective communication remains one of the most valuable skills at all levels within professional and academic environments. An understanding of the very different ways people express themselves, process information, make decisions and respond to others is vital to avoiding misunderstandings, frustration and reduced collaboration.
This short programme introduces participants to the four communication styles, providing a foundational understanding of communication differences by grouping common behavioural tendencies into distinct styles. Participants will identify their own preferred communication style and reflect on how this influences their interactions with colleagues, clients and stakeholders. They will then go on to practice tailoring how and what they communicate to others to build more productive relationships within diverse teams.
